Drink water! The use of heat pumps and not enough water tends to dry out our skin. Stay hydrated by drinking plenty of water and be sure to moisturise to help hydrate and protect the skin from the harsh cold elements.
Exfoliate, exfoliate, exfoliate! Exfoliating is an effective way to rid the skin of dead cells, which tend to be dry and coarse. Plus, it allows moisturizer to penetrate the skin better. Exfoliation promotes cellular renewal by allowing new, moist skin cells to surface.
Night cream. Using a night cream will help to hydrate the skin and prevent trans dermal water loss during the winter months. Most night creams are rich in hydrating ingredients made especially for our skin while we sleep.
